We love projects where architecture and interior design are thought about together: designing built-in solutions that feel integral to the space rather than added after the fact. On the commercial side, we specialise in hospitality design (restaurants, bars, and cafés) as well as office remodels. Spatial planning runs through everything we do, both as a standalone service and as part of a wider brief.

What areas of London do you work in?
South London is our home territory: Crystal Palace, Clapham, Brixton, Dulwich, Streatham, Herne Hill, Beckenham, and the surrounding areas. We also take on projects in Central London and occasionally North London. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, get in touch and we'll let you know.
Is there a minimum project budget?
We work with projects where the total budget (covering design fees, furniture and fittings, and building works combined) is at least £30,000. This allows us to give each project the time and level of detail it deserves. If you're not sure whether your project qualifies, the best starting point is a conversation.
What's the difference between your service packages?
We offer three packages. A Design Consultation (£360 + VAT) is a two-hour home visit for clients who are managing their own project but want expert direction and a clear set of recommendations to act on. Space Planning (from £790 + VAT) focuses on layout; we'll explore multiple options in 2D and 3D for a single room or a whole floor. Full Design (from £2,950 + VAT) is our comprehensive service, covering everything from initial concept through to procurement, contractor coordination, and project completion.
Do you manage the building works, or just the design?
We offer a full turn-key service. That means we design the project and then work alongside a trusted team of builders, joiners, electricians, and specialist tradespeople to deliver it — so you're not managing multiple contractors yourself. Our role doesn't stop at the mood board; we're on site, problem-solving, and making sure what gets built matches what was designed.
What is bespoke joinery, and do I really need it?
Bespoke joinery means cabinetry, shelving, and furniture made to measure for your exact space, for example kitchen units, bathroom vanities, alcove shelving, fitted wardrobes, media walls. Unlike off-the-shelf solutions, bespoke pieces are designed around your specific dimensions, your lifestyle, and the character of the room. They make a particularly noticeable difference in older London properties, where ceiling heights, chimney breasts, and unusual proportions rarely work well with standard sizes.
What does spatial planning actually involve?
Spatial planning is about how a room functions before we decide how it looks, i.e. the flow of movement through a space, how furniture relates to the architecture, where natural light falls, and how you use the room day to day. Getting the layout right first saves time and money later. We offer a dedicated Space Planning package (from £790 + VAT) that covers a consultation and at least two layout options per space in 2D and 3D, which you can take forward independently or with us.
Can you help with just one room, or do you only take on whole-home projects?
We can absolutely work on a single space; a kitchen, a bathroom, or a living room redesign. Our £30,000 minimum budget applies to the total scope of work for that project (design, materials, and building costs combined), so a single high-specification room with quality finishes and building work will often qualify. A new bespoke kitchen with joinery and structural work, for example, typically falls well within that.
Do you work on restaurants, bars, and commercial spaces?
Yes. Hospitality design is something we actively seek out and love. We've designed restaurants, bars, and cafés, and we approach commercial briefs with the same attention to materials and detail as residential work, with an added focus on customer flow, durability, and the atmosphere you want to create. We also take on commercial office remodels. If you have a hospitality or commercial project in mind, we'd love to hear about it.
Do clients receive trade discounts on furniture and materials?
Yes. As part of our Full Design service, we pass on trade discounts from our supplier network, across furniture, fabrics, lighting, tiles, sanitaryware, etc. In practice, these savings regularly offset a meaningful portion of the design fee, and they also give you access to products and finishes that aren't available through retail.
How long does a full renovation typically take?
It depends on the scope, but a full residential renovation, including a new kitchen, bathrooms, and structural or joinery work, typically runs between four and eight months from design sign-off to completion. We'll give you a realistic timeline before work begins and keep you updated at every stage. Hospitality and commercial projects vary more widely depending on the scale of the fit-out.
