Delphine Bouvet Interiors is a South London studio specialising in story-led hospitality design. We work with independent restaurants, bars and cafés to create venues that guests remember, that staff enjoy working in, and that keep customers coming back.

Every venue we design starts with a story. Before we choose a single material, we want to understand your food, your people, your customers and the experience you want them to have from the moment they walk in. That story then shapes every decision: the layout, the palette, the lighting, the bespoke joinery and the smallest details. The result is a space that feels coherent and unmistakably yours, rather than one that simply looks nice.

Great stories need solid foundations, and space planning is at the heart of what we do. In a venue, that means getting covers, customer flow, bar and kitchen positions and staff routes right before anything else. From there, our service covers concept design, interior architecture, technical drawings, bespoke joinery, lighting design and material specification. We also understand the regulatory side of hospitality, including fire safety, accessibility, slip resistance and flammability standards for textiles, and we build it into the design from the start, so you can focus on running your business.

For many of our clients, especially those opening their first site, we act as a genuine one-stop shop. That might mean advising on your shopfront and signage, working with your graphic designer so your branding carries through into the space, or simply talking through decisions you haven’t faced before. We can also run the builder tender and project manage the fit-out through to opening, working with a trusted network of builders, joiners and specialist trades across South and Central London. You come away with more than a beautiful interior: you gain a partner invested in your business succeeding.

We’re currently designing a new restaurant in Clapham, opening in early 2027, where we’re leading the project from concept and shopfront design through to builder tendering and project management. Recent projects include Cántaro, a Mexican restaurant on Beckenham High Street that we took from concept to opening in twelve weeks, as well as a cocktail bar and an outdoor bar in Beckenham. Delphine holds a first-class BA Honours in Interior Design, and every project is fully bespoke: we never work from off-the-shelf templates.

We’re based in Crystal Palace and work throughout South London, as well as in Central London and, on occasion, North London. Alongside restaurants and bars, we also design workplaces and members’ spaces.
