Residential Interior Designer in Bromley

Much of Bromley's residential character is defined by its interwar and post-war housing: the 1930s semis and detached houses that line its streets, alongside the solid family homes built in the 1950s as the area grew. These are not the Victorian terraces that dominate so much of South London's design conversation, and they deserve a designer who understands them on their own terms.

We have worked on several projects in Bromley and know what these homes can become with the right design thinking behind them. The 1930s properties have beautiful original details: parquet flooring laid under decades of carpet, original fireplaces behind boarded-up chimney breasts, stained glass in front doors and hallway windows, tiled porches with real geometric charm. The bones are there; they just need someone to recognise them. The 1950s homes tend to be less decorative but are often generously proportioned, with good room sizes and gardens that create real opportunities for rear extensions and open-plan living. The challenge (and the opportunity) is in bringing warmth, texture and personality to spaces that were built with functionality in mind. That is exactly what we enjoy doing.

We work alongside a trusted network of local contractors and tradespeople (joiners, builders, tilers, decorators, etc.)  who deliver our designs to the highest standard. If you are looking for a studio that can take care of everything from design through to build, with a single point of contact throughout, you are in the right place.

We offer three ways to work with us, depending on the scope of your project:
